The LSST@Europe franchise regards its annual meetings as a unique opportunity for the free and open exchange of scientific ideas, as well as the fostering and formation of professional and social contacts across cultures.
LSST@Europe5 2023 has zero tolerance to power abuse, unethical behavior and violent communication.The SOC of LSST@Europe5 has adopted in full the Rubin Observatory practice of the AURA Harassment and Code of Conduct Policy (https://project.lsst.org/meetings/rubin2022/code-conduct#:~:text=AURA%20Harassment%20and%20Code%20of%20Conduct%20Policy) and Code of Conduct of LSST PCW Franchise (https://project.lsst.org/meetings/rubin2022/code-conduct). These documents will be applicable in full power during LSST@Europe5, and all participants are urged to understand them and follow their recommendations both in the preparation and execution of the Conference.
The LSST@Europe5 Organizing Committee will announce contact persons for reporting cases of bullying, harassment, aggression, or any other sort of human rights violation, who will be available at the site during the conference when the dates of the conference are approaching. Reports will be handled by contact persons in accordance with the aforementioned documents.

I need travel support to attend the conference
Partial travel support will be available for a limited number of students, postdocs and junior scientists. Priority will be given to participants from the Science Collaborations, from LSST Corporation member institutions, from inclusiveness target countries (ITC; https://www.cost.eu/uploads/2021/03/ITC.pdf) and to participants who wish to present.
